The Kindness Institute dreams of a world where everyone has the tools they need to manage stress and transform their own lives. We support individuals, organisations, workplaces and schools to overcome anxiety, fear and stress, and to integrate mindfulness in a busy life.

The Kindness Institute is responsive to the high needs of marginalised young people facing anxiety, stress and low self efficacy. Rangatahi learn to deal with challenging emotions, conflicts and to improve their forgiveness, honest communication, empathy, focus, motivation, positive decision making and positive relationship skills.

The Kindness institute is a social enterprise and registered charity, proceeds from FAT YOGA classes fund our work with marginalised youth - giving them the opportunity to participate in mindfulness and yoga. We work with youth in high school, primary school, youth who've been excluded from school and women in prison.
